Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and document security-related observations and actions according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor activity in common areas and assist with de-escalation support, directional assistance, and communication with onsite personnel and/or first responders when needed. Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
