Role and Responsibilities: The Warehouse Logistics Associate is responsible for ensuring that store shelves, coolers, and displays remain fully stocked, neatly arranged, and visually appealing. This position helps preserve product quality, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment. Organize and stock merchandise on shelves, coolers, and displays according to department guidelines and labeling standards.Follow established procedures for pricing, replenishment, and product rotation to ensure freshness and quality.Safely open cartons, handle damaged or expired items per company policy, and work to reduce waste.Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting product shortages and discrepancies.Help train and support new stocking associates.Unload deliveries, process shipments, and restock items promptly and accurately.Set up and maintain product displays to improve visibility and drive sales.Share operational feedback with management to support continuous improvement.Rotate perishable goods and keep storage and sales areas clean and organized.Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping and spill cleanup.Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.Provide assistance to customers while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor on the sales floor.Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.Strong customer service skills and basic math abilities.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.Pallet jack certification required.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in stocking, merchandising, or inventory control.Knowledge of retail merchandising and display standards.Compensation and Benefits: Compensation is based on role, location, education, training, and experience.
