Our client - a well-established retail filling station group - is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial controls, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and supporting operational efficiency within the business. Requirements: A financial Diploma or Degree + SAIPA or similar 3–5 years’ finance/accounting experience Previous experience in: Retail environment Filling station/Petrol station operations FMCG or fuel industry (advantageous) Strong knowledge of VAT and PAYE Cashflow management Stock reconciliations Financial reporting Proficient in: Microsoft Excel Accounting systems (Sage) Understanding of fuel stock systems and daily sales reconciliation Key Responsibilities: To supervise and manage the financial and administrative functions of the filling station, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, stock control, cash management, and operational efficiency.
