The Edmonton Hiring Event for Security Guards hosted by Paladin Security offers a unique opportunity for those looking to enter or advance in the security field. Applicants must hold a valid Alberta Security license, which is a prerequisite for consideration. This role entails a variety of responsibilities including access control, monitoring safety, and responding to alarms.

The position is full-time, requiring flexibility across all shifts - days, evenings, and nights, making it essential for candidates to have open availability.

While the job provides a solid benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, the requirement for full availability may limit interest among those with other commitments. Additionally, the role can involve high-pressure situations and extensive physical activity, including walking up to 18-20 kilometers per shift.
