Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospective and existing clients to explain products and services. • Present company offerings in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Manage and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company. • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to present information confidently and persuasively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Basic understanding of sales processes (experience is a plus but not mandatory). • Ability to handle client conversations professionally and calmly under pressure.
