Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Wed 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with post orders and property protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or facility issues within a dynamic work environment. Support front lobby and access control operations by assisting with directions, answering questions, and reporting security-related matters with professionalism and attention to detail. Minimum Requirements At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
