Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 PM - 08:00 PMTue12:00 PM - 08:00 PMWed12:00 PM - 08:00 PMThur12:00 PM - 08:00 PMFri12:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing foot traffic in accordance with site-specific procedures. Support closing and opening routines, observe for suspicious behavior, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when situations require additional attention. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
