Customer Care Specialist – Volvo Cars Location: Maidenhead Job Type: Full-time Shifts: 8 hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, 7 days per week (rota basis). The Role We are recruiting Customer Care Specialists to support Volvo Cars in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, assisting customers across their shopping and ownership journey, handling queries and complaints efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects Volvo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality customer support via inbound calls, webchat, email, social, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app chat Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism Keep accurate records and manage lead follow-up effectively Escalate issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience Be flexible to work across both the inbound calls and webchat teams What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated individual with a customer-focused mindset. If you’re personable, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Genuine passion for customer service Ability to multitask, prioritise, and escalate appropriately Calm, personable, adaptable, and team-oriented Bonus: experience in customer care operations, complaint handling, or CRM systems Why Join Us?
