We are looking for an administrative assistant. Your role will help to support our team’s operations in many ways through receiving calls, directing client inquiries, scheduling service visits, coordinating deliveries or material orders, billing, and more. Job Requirements: Able to follow verbal & written instructions and learn new skills when demonstrated. English fluency (bilingual is a bonus). Excellent, direct, and clear communication. Excellent & professional phone/email manner & customer service skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Self-directed and motivated to provide excellence. Familiarity with residential landscaping services and operations. Job Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager, Designer, Stewardship Coordinator and Sales Director. Check mail and deposit checks. Create DigSafe tickets and order latrines for upcoming projects. Assist in plant pickup runs when needed. Scan and upload receipts. Complete office care tasks like vacuuming, tidying kitchen area, and taking out trash. Send and file customer contracts. & more! Position Details $22.50-$27.50/hour. PTO accrual, 1hr/40hrs worked. ~25hrs/week w/ opportunity to increase over time. 50% company health insurance coverage offered. Company Policies: Employees must show up prepared to work at the scheduled time. No smoking or vaping on job sites (May smoke/vape off-site during scheduled breaks). Employees must be alert and sober during their shifts. Employees must communicate with their supervisor if they are going to be late or absent Always be courteous and friendly to our customers and coworkers.
