$2,000.00 Sign-on Bonus *Conditions Apply As a Parts Professional, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll manage parts orders from start to finish—picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory—while supporting day-to-day store operations. This hands-on role involves operating forklifts, moving and lifting parts (30–50 lbs.), and ensuring shipments are received, inspected, and documented correctly. Just as important, you’ll be a trusted resource for customers—answering inquiries, providing quotations, resolving parts-related issues, and identifying sales opportunities. From inventory counts to in-town deliveries, no two days will be the same. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 5+ years of experience working with heavy construction equipment parts. Journeyman Parts Technician Certificate. Forklift operation experience and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities. Experience with inventory systems, purchase orders, and invoicing. Ability to regularly lift 30–50 lbs. and perform well in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
