Cashier - Full Time As a cashier, you have one of the most important jobs in any Chick-fil-A unit. you are in charge of ensuring that every guest is treated with honor, dignity, and respect. You are there for the ONLY purpose of pleasing and WOWing customers. Stocking, cleaning and closing are always secondary to WOWing guests. Your uniform must be clean and you must have a nametag, shirt, pants, belt, black socks and shoes, and a smile. Yes, a smile is part of your uniform as a cashier. HUSTLE. You must strive for 60 second service or less. This is the time that it takes after you quote the order total to the customer until you place the order in front of the customer. You alone are responsible for the cleanliness of your work station or register. WOWing the customers. Your job is not to show up and stock or do closing preps. That is to be done AFTER you properly wait on customers. DO NOT stock while even one customer waits in line.
