We provide businesses with Fire Safety Products and Services, keeping them Legally Compliant, Fully Insured and most importantly Safe from Fire. Due to the continued year on year growth of our business over the last 17 years we have a need to expand our successful team of 34. As part of our team you must be a good communicator with the highest regard for customer service. Technologies are a vital part of our business, so the ability to learn new skills and systems is essential. You will also need to be a keen and enthusiastic individual that can fit into a fast-paced office environment, willing to go the extra mile when required. Job Duties Include - General office administration duties - In bound phone call handling and appointment scheduling using our WorkPal system - Generating, managing, updating and maintaining information on our CRM system - Insightly / Zoho CRM - Out bound phone calls & emails to existing clients to schedule new and renewal services - Data management on our bespoke Fire Risk Management System - FireScreen Qualification / Experience / Requirements - Must have good computer literacy (Microsoft Office & CRM Systems) - Customer service skills and a strong verbal communicator - Good written communication skills and experience using email systems - English & Math`s GCSE grade `C` or above - Good work ethic to attendance, time keeping and productiveness - A quick learner who can follow written and verbal procedures in a fast paced office environment - Organised, self-motivated and able to use initiative to prioritise tasks What we offer / Other Information - A competitive salary - Significant team bonus scheme - Flexible working hours - Friendly working environment and team culture - Staff Uniform - Opportunity for promotion Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From £13.00 per hour Benefits: Company pensionAbility to commute/relocate: Belfast BT5 5FP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience: Administrative: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
