Vector Marketing is actively interviewing candidates for part-time sales representative positions. Our representatives focus on customer service and meet with customers in calm, one-on-one appointments to present Cutco products. We offer a minimum base pay so our reps are not pressured to make immediate sales. Instead, the emphasis is placed on delivering a positive customer experience. Representatives have the chance to earn additional income while still receiving pay during slower weeks. Weekly compensation is calculated based on either base pay or commission, whichever is greater. We provide strong training before reps begin working, along with continuous guidance and additional training opportunities as they gain experience. Our product selection includes Cutco kitchen tools and some gardening products. No prior experience with the products or sales is required. Flexible scheduling allows reps to set their own weekly availability around school, internships, holidays, full-time work, exams, or family obligations. Following training, representatives work within their local area. Office-based meetings and training sessions are part of the role. There is room for advancement, including opportunities to move into long-term sales positions or management roles, even for those who start part-time. One of the ways we encourage our reps to build upon their Cutco skills is to make the most of our year-round training resources. You'll have an opportunity to participate in team meetings, attend regional conferences, and regularly meet with your local manager. All-American Scholarships Every year, we give away a total of $40,000 to full-time undergraduate students who excel at selling Cutco®. In the fall and spring, the top 25 students qualify, and during the summer it's awarded to the top 50. Don't worry, no essay is required. But, it takes a ton of hard work and persistence to earn this.
