What Youll Be Doing: Ensuring the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property across restaurant areas. Monitoring entry and exit points, maintaining a visible and reassuring presence at all times. Supporting the team during busy periods, managing queues, and diffusing any potential disturbances with professionalism. Assisting with emergency procedures, evacuations, or first aid situations if required. Collaborating with the management team to uphold hotel policies and ensure a secure, respectful environment. Conducting routine checks and patrols to maintain order and prevent incidents Requirements: A valid PSA (Private Security Authority) licence this is essential. Previous experience in hospitality, events, or hotel security is a strong advantage. Calm, confident, and respectful under pressure with excellent communication skills. Approachable yet assertive, with good judgement and a professional manner. Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
