ABOUT THE ROLE: The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the Creative Hospitality Compound, ensuring the protection of employees, residents, visitors, and company assets. The role involves monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, controlling access, and responding effectively to incidents or emergencies. The Security Officer plays a key role in preventing security risks, enforcing safety regulations, and supporting overall operational safety. Working closely with internal teams and management, the position ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct regular patrols across the compound to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and other security equipment to identify and respond to potential threats Manage access control by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action and coordinating with emergency services when required Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports, documenting security breaches, suspicious activities, and safety concerns Enforce safety policies, procedures, and company regulations at all times Assist in emergency situations including evacuations and provide first aid if required Greet and assist residents, employees, and visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures and maintaining a professional presence Provide support and assistance to residents, employees, and visitors when needed Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to address security concerns and improve safety measures KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Security systems and surveillance technologies Emergency response procedures and safety protocols Access control systems and risk prevention measures Incident reporting and documentation processes Safety regulations and compliance standards Conflict resolution and customer service practices EXPERIENCES: 1–3 years of experience in security or a similar role Experience in monitoring security systems and handling incidents Familiarity with safety procedures and emergency response Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to respond quickly and make decisions under pressure Good physical fitness to perform patrol duties Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to handle conflict situations professionally Knowledge of security procedures and systems EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent Additional certifications or training in security is a plus WORKING HOURS: 8 hours per shift, based on operational requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular patrols across the compound to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
