Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and customization of Salesforce CRM modules. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications. Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications. Design and implement Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex. Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and flows. Develop Visualforce pages when required. Integration & APIs Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Develop REST and SOAP API integrations. Work with middleware platforms and ETL tools. Configure OAuth, Connected Apps, and secure API authentication. Data Management Perform data migration and data cleansing activities. Manage Salesforce Data Loader and import/export processes. Design data models and optimize Salesforce storage. Administration & Support Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues. Manage user profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements. Support deployment activities across Sandbox and Production environments. Collaboration Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Prepare technical documentation and system designs. Provide user training and technical guidance when required. Required QualificationsEducation Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform. Technical Skills Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows Visualforce SOQL & SOSL REST & SOAP APIs HTML, CSS, JavaScript Git/GitHub CI/CD Deployment Tools Salesforce DX (SFDX) Preferred Skills Experience with Experience Cloud.
