Previous experience in restaurant management, food handling, and hospitality is essential for success in this position. *DutiesAssist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processesSupervise and support team members in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanlinessManage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling proceduresLead team management activities including interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling proceduresOversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring quality standards are metHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfactionSupport inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as neededMaintain a welcoming hospitality environment consistent with brand standardsAssist in supervising barista services or hotel-related food service operations if applicable*SkillsProven experience in restaurant management or food service roles with supervisory responsibilitiesStrong leadership abilities with excellent team management skillsKnowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocolsProficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling proceduresExcellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionallyExperience interviewing and training new staff membersFamiliarity with restaurant operations including kitchen workflows and hospitality standardsAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailStrong communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and managementPrevious hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a leadership role within the food industry.
