We are looking for a reliable Urgent: Office Administrator to join our team in Kimberley. You will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance to ensure the office remains fully functional. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and boardroom bookings, ensuring all necessary arrangements and materials are prepared. Reception & Client Liaison Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through professional communication. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Manage the reception area, greeting visitors professionally and directing incoming telephonic inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Grade 12 certificate. Office Management diploma is an advantage.
