Customer Support & Admin Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for our solar energy division. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, admin tasks, and tele calling, supporting Australian clients and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to solar energy solutions. Provide accurate information regarding solar products, installation status, billing, and maintenance. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Manage and update customer records, contracts, and service requests. Schedule site visits, maintenance, or follow-up calls with relevant internal teams. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with solar industry developments. Ensure adherence to Australian compliance and quality standards. Support admin tasks such as data entry, report generation, and documentation. Someone who is driven, up for a challenge, and has the ability to own responsibility and deliver results A people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and have a strong desire to learn quickly The ability to multitask often in high-stress situations Accuracy, great attention to detail and are proficient in understanding data A highly motivated and fun individual who will take advantage of opportunities and continually innovate Key Skills Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, admin, or tele calling (solar industry preferred). Prior experience with Australian BPO/process is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines Will challenge the status quo, not afraid to make innovative recommendations and suggestion Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, English, Typing, Data Entry, Administrative capabilities.
