Security Officer (SIA Licensed) – Ongoing Work | Oxford & Surrounding Areas Company: WL Risk Management Job Type: Flexible / Ongoing Work Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Location: Oxford & surrounding areas WL Risk Management is currently recruiting reliable and professional SIA licensed Security Officers due to increased demand across our sites. We have ongoing opportunities available for individuals looking for consistent work, particularly across events and venue security. Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence Respond to incidents in a calm and professional manner Control access and assist with visitor management Complete incident reports and maintain clear communication Requirements: Valid SIA Licence (essential) Right to work in the UK Reliable and punctual – must be able to commit to booked shifts Strong communication and professional attitude Ability to remain calm under pressure Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What We Offer: Ongoing work opportunities (not just one-off shifts) Opportunity to work across multiple sites and clients Supportive and professional working environment Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to travel to Oxford and surrounding areas.
