About the job: This is a fantastic opportunity to join the small team that manages our online sales channel, Trade Outlet EXTRA. We are expanding this part of the company and are excited to welcome hard-working and ambitious individuals onto the team to continue the impressive growth that we have achieved to-date. Reporting to the Online Retail Manager, you will work alongside other colleagues to select suitable stock and advertise it on our website. You will help pick customer orders and ensure they are despatched to the correct collection point, and assist our customer services team with queries about online orders. Based at our brand new headquarters in Ellesmere Port, you will benefit from working in a high energy and exciting environment alongside colleagues from numerous other departments. About us: We are a successful wholesale company specialising in the resale of customer returns, excess stock and end-of-line consumer goods. We supply eBay sellers, market stall operators, discount store owners, and car boot sale vendors. Our super low prices allow our customers to make great profits while the end user still gets a bargain! Our company has grown very quickly over the last two years, and we now have seven physical stores across North West England. We have exciting expansion plans for later this year and are ready to welcome more great team members to join us on our journey. About you: You are able to work with accuracy and attention to detail. You have an interest in online retail and a high proficiency with the English language. You have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. We would especially welcome applications from individuals with experience in online retail, strong computer skills, and a desire to progress in our company. Terms: Working hours are flexible but we ideally we need somebody who can work at least two evenings per week between 5pm to 9pm and at least one day at the weekend (Total hours will be between 16-20 hours per week.
