Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:30 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and assist with visitor directions, after-hours entry procedures, and other property-related requests in accordance with post instructions. Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift changes and/or when issues arise on site. Minimum Requirements: Security-related experience of at least 6 months is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
