Security/Courtesy Officer ALL N ONE Security Services, Inc. is a professional security company based in Atlanta, GA. Specializing in Security Personnel, Security Technology, and Traffic Control. The Courtesy & Security Personnel role is essential in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all visitors, employees, and stakeholders within various facilities across the United States. This position involves actively monitoring premises to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies. The individual will serve as the first point of contact, providing courteous assistance and information to guests while upholding a professional and approachable demeanor. By balancing security vigilance with exceptional customer service, the role contributes significantly to the overall positive experience and safety of the facility. Ultimately, the Courtesy & Security Personnel help foster a secure atmosphere that supports operational efficiency and community trust. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check (absolutely no felonies) and drug screening. Driving positions must possess a clean MVR with no suspensions or egregious moving violations Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to stand or patrol for extended periods and respond to incidents. Must be willing to work weekends Must be able to perform all essential job functions without accommodation, notwithstanding disabilities as defined by the ADA Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 20 lbs. Must be willing to cover multiple post locations during any shift, as needed Must be willing to adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures or Post Orders Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service roles. Certification in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training. Familiarity with security technology such as surveillance cameras and access control systems. Ability to handle conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively. Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse population. Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activities or safety hazards. Greet and assist visitors, providing directions and information in a courteous and professional manner. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and security policies. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Enforce access control by verifying credentials and managing entry points to prevent unauthorized access. Collaborate with management and other team members to improve security procedures and customer service standards. Other duties and project specific duties may be assigned. Skills: The required skills such as strong communication and interpersonal abilities are utilized daily to interact effectively with visitors and team members, ensuring clear and respectful exchanges. Security knowledge and physical stamina enable the personnel to conduct thorough patrols and respond swiftly to any safety concerns or emergencies. Preferred skills like first aid certification and conflict resolution enhance the ability to manage incidents calmly and professionally, providing immediate assistance when needed. Familiarity with security technology supports efficient monitoring and control of the premises, improving overall safety measures. Multilingual skills, when present, facilitate better service to a diverse community, ensuring inclusivity and understanding in all interactions.
