We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nelspruit. You will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Responsibilities Reception & Client Liaison Manage the reception area, greeting visitors professionally and directing incoming telephonic inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Records Management & Systems Maintain and update company databases, contact lists, and electronic filing systems with high accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required by the management team. Office & Administrative Support Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance to ensure the office remains fully functional. Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management for the office. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Grade 12 certificate. Office Management diploma is an advantage.
