Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with security and investigation teams to meet client requirements and expectations. Conduct regular follow-ups and communicate updates regarding ongoing investigations or security services. Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services based on client needs. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Assist in client onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of services. Requirements Proven experience in client relations, preferably within the security or investigations industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to security or client relations is a plus.
