Operatore Manutenzione Junior

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Operative / General Labourer to join our team supporting student accommodation across Manchester. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start a career in property maintenance, facilities, or construction. Full training will be provided, so no formal qualifications are required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, must hold a full driving licence Key Responsibilities Assist with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)Support reactive repairs and planned maintenance worksHelp with room turnarounds, clearances, and refurbishmentsCarry out general labouring duties (moving furniture, waste removal, site upkeep)Respond to maintenance requests with the teamFollow health & safety procedures at all timesWhat We’re Looking For Some hands-on experience (work, college, or personal projects) in maintenance, DIY, or labouringInterest in learning multi-trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitudeWillingness to learn and develop new skillsAbility to work as part of a teamDesirable (not essential): Previous labouring or maintenance experienceCSCS card or relevant trainingWhat We Offer £26,500 – £28,000 starting salaryFull training and on-the-job supportTools and uniform providedSupportive team environmentTravel allowance / company vehicle (where applicable)Working Hours Monday to Friday 9 to 51 in 3 weekendsPay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pensionWork Location: In person
