Jr. Personal Finance Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Jr. Personal Finance Assistant to join our Family Office. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, coordinate with financial advisors and assisting in audit processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist in personal accounting and investment documentation.Coordinate with financial advisors and directors for reviews and meetings.Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and records, Schedule and coordinate meetings between Directors, Advisors, and stakeholders.Provide Monthly investment performance data and reports.Prepare fund flow and cash flow statements in Excel and perform financial and investment analysis.Passing Investment Entries in Tally.Requirements: Qualification: MBA Finance, Degree in FinanceYears of Experience: 1 year in core finance/accountingCompetency Requirements: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and professionalism.Basic knowledge of stock Market, Mutual Funds, and Taxation.Skilled in Tally & MS Excel.Excellent communication, presentation & coordination skills.Analytical skillsJob Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): This role is for Family Office Department, Are you open to it?What is your current CTC?
