A Dynamic Opportunity to Shape Client Experience in Financial Services A leading organization in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager Developer to join a dynamic team focused on modernizing client-facing regulatory forms. This pivotal role, in partnership with Aquent, offers you the unique opportunity to directly impact how our clients interact with critical information, driving efficiency and enhancing user experience. You will be instrumental in building cutting-edge Adaptive Web Form content within the AEM forms tool and contributing to pipeline enhancements, leveraging advanced AI technologies to accelerate delivery and innovation.
As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital client interactions, working on initiatives that streamline regulatory processes and improve overall client satisfaction. Your expertise will directly influence the development of robust, user-friendly digital solutions that are vital to our operations and client engagement strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement Adaptive Web Form content using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) forms tool.
* Utilize Rule editors, Theme editor, FDM, and write custom JavaScript functions to enhance form functionality. * Manage the end-to-end form lifecycle, from UI design and submission to backend processing and data-of-record integration. * Define and build APIs for form submissions, leveraging core AEM concepts.
* Contribute to pipeline enhancements and maintain robust development workflows. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAML and oSGI bundles. * Apply expertise in AEM Dispatcher within a forms environment.
* Leverage GenAI coding assistants across the SDLC for implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation. * Participate in establishing team-level practices for effective AI-assisted development, including agentic workflows, spec-driven development, and prompt engineering. Must-Have Qualifications: * 6 – 10 years of experience working with on-premise versions of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) toolset.
* Proven experience with AEM forms and building Adaptive Web Forms using Core components in a headless setup. * Strong experience using Rule editors, Theme editor, FDM, and writing custom JavaScript functions. * Ability to handle the end-to-end form lifecycle (UI –> submission –> backend –> DOR).
* Experience in utilizing core AEM concepts to build and define APIs for form submissions. * Professional level front-end skillsets including HTML, JSP, and NPM webpack build. * Knowledge of code upgrade and code promotion, including core component upgrades and deployments through package manager.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAML and oSGI bundles. * Experience in using AEM Dispatcher in a form’s environment. * Demonstrated exposure to, or hands-on experience with, GenAI coding assistants used across day-to-day engineering workflows in the SDLC—implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting/automation, troubleshooting, and documentation—while applying engineering judgment and validation.
Practical familiarity with GenAI coding assistants is expected. * Working knowledge of agentic workflows, spec-driven development (translating low-level design artifacts such as class structures, API contracts, and data models into structured specs that guide AI-assisted implementation), and custom instructions and prompt engineering, with the ability to establish team-level practices for effective AI-assisted development. * Experience with CI/CD tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Experience with headless content delivery. * Experience coding in Angular, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, backbone ReactJS (sophisticated capabilities required for front-end focused roles). * Experience working with web servers such as Jboss, weblogic, IIS, Apache.
