Assistant Manager, Security

Job Summary The Assistant Manager, Security will provide leadership and direction to Security Guards, Surveillance Personnel and Team Leaders in the absence of Managers and Directors. Priority of this role will be the constant support, command and control of emergencies, crises and evacuations. Additionally, the Assistant Manager, Security, will coordinate administrative and operational functions, engage security guard force and ensure standards in accordance with Atlantis The Palm and The Royal Atlantis policies and contractual requirements are maintained. About You Our ideal candidate will have College degree, SIRA License and Minimum 4 years’ experience in leadership hospitality security role. Additionally, you need to have strong knowledge of UAE laws, Health & Safety regulations and good administration/computer literacy skills for reports and investigations.
