What You'll Do as a Crew Member/Laborer Arrive at the shop each morning to help load tools, materials, and equipment for the day's projects.Travel with the crew to residential and commercial job sites throughout the region.Perform hands-on roofing, siding, and general construction labor tasks.Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.Assist with loading, unloading, staging materials, and maintaining organized job sites.Support the crew in completing projects with quality workmanship and attention to safety.Maintain dependable attendance and communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
