If you're ready to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Engage with customer leads provided by our client via telephone. Follow up with potential customers promptly and professionally. Adhere to proven sales processes and aim to exceed personal and team goals. Foster a culture of fairness, always acting in the customer’s best interest. Uphold and promote “Best Practice” in every interaction. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1 Year or more outbound sales experience. Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent. Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computers. Performance-Driven: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.
