Key responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations (in round, outbound, inventory control and order fulfilment) to ensure efficiency and accuracy - ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and all health and safety requirements. -Monitor operations KPI’s and implement corrective actions where required and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Act as primary on-site point of contact for the clients; manage escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.Ensure service level agreements (SLA’s) are met or exceeded, provide regular performance reporting and lead client review meetings.lead, motivate and develop site team (supervisors, warehouse operatives and administrative personnel, manage workforce planning, training and performance reviews.Manage site budget and cost control, identify opportunities for costs savings and operational efficiencies. Support contract renewals and scope changes in partnership with the commercial/cluster management team. -Submit and present monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBRs) to internal stakeholders and clients.
