Regional HR Advisor - Education Catering Sector Location: London area (field based 3 days / working from home c2 days) Hours: Flexible working, 5 days per week Term time only (39 weeks per year) Salary: £34,000-£37,000 term-time only (52-week equiv: £45,300-£49,300) An established and highly respected education catering business is seeking an experienced and people-focused Regional HR Advisor to join its London operational team. Celebrating over 25 years within the sector, the organisation has built an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality, nutritious food within primary and secondary schools. With a strong community-focused ethos and a genuine commitment to supporting healthier futures for pupils, the business continues to grow across London and the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware HR professional with a vibrant, energetic and "can do attitude" who enjoys building strong relationships, partnering with operational teams, and delivering practical HR support in a fast-paced environment. The Role Working closely with Operational Managers and Senior Leadership teams, you will provide expert HR guidance across a broad range of employee relations and people management matters. This is a highly visible, field-based role where relationship building and coaching are key. The role reports in to a fantastic HR Manager who has been with the organisation for 10 years+. Key Responsibilities Coach and develop management capability across multiple sites Provide practical HR advice and guidance in line with employment legislation and company policy Support managers with employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability Manage and support absence management processes, including long-term cases Ensure smooth delivery of TUPE processes for new and existing contracts Build strong working relationships across approximately 65 London-based sites Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive consistency and best practice Become a trusted HR presence for managers, site teams and clients About You CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent HR experience (5+ years) Strong working knowledge of UK employment law Proven experience managing employee relations casework Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities Hands-on, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach Previous experience within education, catering, hospitality or multi-site operations would be highly advantageous What's on Offer Flexible, term-time only working arrangement Hybrid and field-based role with autonomy and variety Opportunity to join a values-led, growing organisation with an outstanding reputation Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture A role where you can genuinely influence people, culture and operational success To apply, please submit your CV and a brief covering statement outlining your suitability for the role.
