Position Summary Armour Security and Protection Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee security operations throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Based in Regina, Saskatchewan, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting field staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional security services across multiple sites and regions. This leadership role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily security operations across multiple sites in Saskatchewan and Manitoba to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise security personnel, site supervisors, and field staff. Develop and manage employee schedules while ensuring adequate staffing levels and site coverage. Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards. Monitor employee attendance, performance, and conduct while providing coaching and disciplinary action when required. Assist with business development initiatives, client retention, and expansion opportunities within the region. Coordinate emergency responses and provide operational support during critical incidents. Prepare operational reports, staffing forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management. Manage company resources, uniforms, equipment, and vehicles within the assigned region. Qualifications Valid Security Guard Licence (or ability to obtain one). Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Ability to travel throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba as required. Experience with contract security operations is considered an asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
