Full job description Company Overview B&J Warehousing & Distribution is a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company specializing in: Warehousing & Distribution Cross-border Logistics (Canada–US) Amazon FBA Fulfillment E-commerce Logistics Freight & Transportation Services We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Order Picker / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Mississauga. Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts safely to move pallets and inventory Load and unload shipments Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products Prepare outbound shipments for carriers and trucking companies Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Follow warehouse safety procedures and company SOPs Requirements Previous warehouse experience required Valid forklift certification preferred Experience operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck forklifts Ability to lift heavy items when required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Team player with a positive attitude Basic English communication skills required Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Experience in 3PL or e-commerce warehouse operations What We Offer Stable full-time position Overtime opportunities available Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits Company events Extended health care On-site parking Work Location: In person
