The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales communication, engaging prospect clients, and converting leads into successful sales. Customer Relations Specialists would provide close support to exisiting customers. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide product information, quotations, and follow-ups to potential clients. Build strong relationships with leads and maintain excellent communication throughout the sales cycle. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Submit daily reports and maintain accurate data in CRM/Odoo. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transition after sales closure. Maintain high-quality customer service standards at all times. Requirements Previous experience in Real Estate, Construction, SaaS Sales, or Customer Support is highly preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to manage leads and convert them effectively. Must be comfortable working remotely during Sydney business hours(9 AM to 6 PM Sydney time ) Must have a complete remote work setup (laptop, stable internet,backup network,quiet workspace). Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
