Duties and Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers with sales and product advice Help customers telephonically and provide excellent customer service Recommend products based on customer needs Process sales, invoices, and quotations Follow up with customers during and after sales Liaise with warehouses regarding stock and deliveries Merchandise and maintain department presentation standards Assist with stock takes and stock control Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Assist with special orders and supplier-related queries Requirements: Previous retail sales experience in the relevant department is ESSENTIAL Strong product knowledge in the department applying for Matric / Grade 12 certificate Clear criminal record South African citizen / Permanent South African Resident Reliable transport Good communication and customer service skills Target-driven and confident working with customers PLEASE NOTE: Candidates MUST be willing and available to: Work weekends and public holidays Work retail / mall trading hours Work shifts as required by the store Should you be interested, please apply via Indeed.
