Summary HYTORC Sales & Service is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver/Order Selector for our St Albert shop. This role is responsible for the efficient coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, physically capable, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient shipping and receiving area within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documentation Inspect incoming goods for accuracy, damage, or shortages and report discrepancies promptly Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and staging materials for internal transfers, customer deliveries, or external carriers Pick, pack, and ship customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy of shipments. Accurately put away stock and maintain proper organization of warehouse. Monitor inventory for proper placement and perform cycle counts as required. Ensure shipping details are accurate and arrange transport or pick-ups. Assist with truck loading/unloading and ensure shipping documentation is complete. Maintain a clean and secure workplace. Follow all health and safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment. Obtain and maintain forklift certification and use material handling equipment effectively. Qualifications & Requirements: Past warehouse experience required. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. repetitively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
