Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner. Actively listen to customers to understand their needs, concerns, and inquiries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools. Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system. Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and trust. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner. Exceptional active listening and comprehension abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution. High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or client-facing role. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). Strong written communication skills for email and chat support (if applicable). Ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations professionally. GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, particularly in English and Maths.
