What you'll do Master our systems and product suite to deliver first-class client experiences.Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries (we provide high-quality leads).Meet clients virtually (Zoom / phone) and guide them through the protections that build generational wealth.Manage your client communication and relationship lifecycle.Build a personal brand and scale your book - recruit and lead a team when ready.Hit performance goals to unlock promotions, leadership roles, and revenue-share opportunities.Maintain licensing, contracting, and compliance for your market.Attend weekly virtual training and leadership development. Requirements Reliable phone, data, and Wi-Fi.Must pass background check and carrier contracting.Active Life & Health license, or willingness to get licensed (we'll help you in 7-10 days).
