Introduction Footwear Wholesale Supplier Description Customer Service / Stock Allocation Agent We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Stock Allocation Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating stock allocations, processing orders and returns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service support to retailers, agents, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Allocate sales orders to available and incoming stock Ensure accurate stock assignment and on-time order delivery Maintain and monitor FIFO stock processes within the warehouse Capture and process retailer orders, indication orders, and allocation orders Update delivery dates, amend orders, and manage order cancellations when required Generate order books and provide regular feedback to management and customers Coordinate daily with warehouses, retailers, agents, and internal teams Provide stock availability, pricing information, and order updates to customers Handle customer queries relating to orders, returns, delivery lead times, and product information Arrange collections for faulty products and manage the returns process Process credit notes and maintain accurate return tracking records Generate manual and sample invoices for dispatch and return purposes Manage and track product samples, including follow-ups and returns Log courier claims and assist with service recovery processes Maintain strong communication channels with agents, retailers, and internal departments Prepare reports and assist with general administrative duties, including emails, filing, and telephonic support Requirements & Skills Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Understanding of stock control, order processing, and lead times Problem-solving ability with a service-driven mindset Computer literacy and experience working with order management systems Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams Profile Customer-focused approach Strong administration and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication and teamwork Professionalism, empathy, and accountability Strong planning and follow-through abilities We offer Retirement Annuity, Medical Aid Contribution
