Employee and Labour Relations Management: Assist in managing relationships with employees and labour unions. Talent and Skill Management: Help identify and develop talent within the organization. Eskom Conditions of Service: Understand and apply Eskom’s conditions of service in HR practices. Exit Management: Assist with the exit management process for departing employees. HR Information Management: Support the management and analysis of HR-related data.
