Job Summary We are seeking energetic and vigilant Private Security Officers to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, and emergency response. Your dedication will ensure the safety of everyone on site while deterring potential threats and managing conflict situations with professionalism. Duties Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followedControl access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendorsConduct regular patrols of the property to identify security vulnerabilities, hazards, or unauthorized individualsRespond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR when necessaryManage conflict resolution with professionalism, de-escalating tense situations effectivelyCollaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigationsMaintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposesRequirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferredCertification in first aid and CPR training will be provided by company.Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspectionsKnowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategiesAbility to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanorExcellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the publicPhysical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as requiredMust pass polygraph and background checkJoin us as a Private Security Officer and be part of a dedicated team committed to safety and excellence. Duties
