Job Summary We are hiring disciplined and alert Maharashtrian Security Guards for commercial buildings, residential societies, offices.The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to emergencies. Key Responsibilities Monitor and guard residential and commercial premises. Check visitor entries and maintain security registers. Patrol assigned areas regularly. Control entry and exit of vehicles and visitors. Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems. Report suspicious activities or security breaches immediately. Assist residents, staff, and visitors professionally. Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, or medical emergencies. Ensure discipline and safety rules are followed on the property. Requirements Candidate should be from Maharashtra (Maharashtrian preferred). Minimum education: 10th Pass. Physically fit and disciplined. Basic communication skills in Marathi and Hindi. Prior security experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work day/night shifts. Skills Alertness and observation skills Good communication Responsibility and honesty Emergency response handling Teamwork and discipline Salary & Benefits Salary as per company standards Weekly off Uniform provided Work Locations Residential Societies Commercial Complexes
