Mobile Patrol Officer - Andover We’re on the hunt for exceptional Security Officers to join the team in this dynamic role that’s both exciting and challenging. You will be vehicle based, driving a modern branded patrol vehicle and using the latest, industry-leading technology. You must be able to manage your own workload and to use your initiative, with great attention to detail. All our patrol officers work in regional teams, with support from other officers as well as a duty supervisor and 24/7 control room. Salary £14.48 per hour plus very regular overtime opportunities. Job type Permanent, plus numerous overtime opportunities. Shift & schedule 1800 - 0700 hours, with a one hour break, 4 days on, 4 days off with regular overtime available. What we offer Double time paid on Bank Holidays Potential to earn more with regular overtime Performance based bonus scheme 5.6 weeks pro-rate annual leave Full free company issued uniform Ongoing training & career development Opportunities for promotion Workplace pension scheme What you need Current and active SIA licence (either Security Guard, Door Supervisor or Close Protection) Valid full UK manual driving licence At least 1 year’s experience in the security sector Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good timekeeper and able to plan own workload Duties include Providing a smart, visible security presence at our customers’ sites Conducting external and/or internal patrols Undertaking locks and unlocks of customer sites Responding to CCTV, fire and/or intruder alarms Liaising with police, Alarm Receiving Centre's (ARC), control room, client representative and other agencies, as necessary Writing complete and accurate incident and handover reports.
