Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.77 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out front desk duties, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site procedures.Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.Support security-related operations by answering phones, monitoring cameras and alarm activity, maintaining logs and reports, and reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A guard card or license is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only. What You'll Do
