We’re Hiring: Hospitality Managers Cape Town Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Hospitality Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our venue. Key Responsibilities Support the senior management team with daily operations Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure Supervise and support FOH teams (waiters, hosts, bar staff, etc.) Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally Maintain service standards and help drive team performance Assist with staff training, rostering, and team communication Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction Contribute to smooth opening and closing procedures Requirements Minimum 3 years’ hospitality experience in a supervisor or similar role Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for customer service and teamwork Ability to remain calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required Bonus: Experience in restaurants, hotels, or other fast-paced hospitality environments.
