Job Overview: Pardon Me : Farsley, Leeds We’re looking for a cocktail-focused bartender / mixologist to join the team at Pardon Me - a newly opened listening bar built around records, sound, cocktails, wine and relaxed late-night hospitality. This isn’t a high-volume chain bar and we’re not interested in ego. We’re after someone calm, reliable, creative and genuinely into good service, good drinks and good atmosphere. The role: Cocktail preparation and service. Working alongside a small owner-led team. Helping maintain a clean, organised bar. Comfortable during busy evening service. Input on drinks welcomed. What we’re looking for: Strong cocktail knowledge and solid classics. Good energy and communication. Calm under pressure and a real attention to detail. Experience in independent bars preferred. Part-time / flexible hours initially with room to grow. Evening and weekend availability required. To apply, send over a CV and a little about yourself.
