Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Identify and acquire new clients (individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients) for logistics and delivery services. Promote Sharp Courier’s services to prospective customers and partners. Generate consistent revenue through effective sales strategies and relationship management. 2. 3PL Partner Onboarding Onboard a minimum of 4 new 3PL partners weekly into the company’s logistics network. Ensure all onboarded partners meet company requirements, including payment of required security deposit before activation. Maintain proper documentation and onboarding records for all partners. Build and sustain strong working relationships with onboarded 3PL partners. 3. Client Relationship Management Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints. Provide regular updates to clients on service offerings and improvements. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Provide daily/weekly sales reports, including pipeline updates and conversion rates. Track and report performance against set targets. 5. Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Support marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer acquisition. About this role
