About RTL Forming RTL Forming is a carpentry company based in Abbotsford, BC, specializing in concrete forming and framing for residential and commercial projects. Our jobsites are spread throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland — including Chilliwack, Mission, Langley, Maple Ridge, Surrey, and surrounding municipalities. The Opportunity We're hiring 5 labourers with concrete forming experience to join our crew on permanent, full-time positions. This is a hands-on role with room to grow into more skilled carpentry work over time. The role requires daily travel to jobsites across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, so reliable transportation and willingness to commute are essential. What You'll Do Strip forms, pull nails, and clean up work areas Stack, pack, and move materials around the jobsite Assist with pouring and vibrating concrete (experience recommended, but can be taught on site) Support carpenters with daily tasks on the crew Maintain a safe, organized work environment What You Bring Concrete forming experience (an asset) Comfort working in a physically demanding environment (bending, crouching, lifting, working at heights) Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel daily to jobsites throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland Valid driver's licence (preferred) Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest WHMIS, Fall Arrest Protection, PPE training, and First Aid certifications are an asset Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid open work permit) What We Offer Wage range: $25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on skill level and experience Permanent, year-round, full-time work Dental care, extended health care, vision care Opportunity to learn the trade and take on more skilled work over time On-the-job training Supportive crew and steady project pipeline across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland Work Location In person.
